James has a B.Sc. (Hons) in economics from LSE and a Sloan MSc from the London Business School. He is a Chartered Accountant, and has been Finance Director of BSG Ltd, an AIM listed plc, since 2001. He is experienced in company finance and balance sheet and cash management. His career has spanned large and small companies in both the private and public sectors. He has special experience of managing acquisitions, mergers and corporate restructuring. James is a keen climber and has participated in mountaineering expeditions to Greenland in 2004 and 2006.
