Avannaa Resources is a mineral exploration company, founded in 2006 and exclusively focussed on Greenland.
Avannaa’s flagship project is for sediment-hosted copper in North Greenland and the company has two projects; Qeqertaa Diamonds and Karrat Rare Earth Elements at resource delineation stage.
Avannaa’s vision is to be the leading mineral exploration company in Greenland and its business will be driven by geoscience and commercial excellence.
Avannaa’s objective is to find giant deposits of gold, base metals and diamonds and to deliver a significant liquidity event to its investors in the timeframe 2012 – 2015.
Avannaa has strong expertise in grass roots exploration and in knowledge of the geology and mineral exploration opportunties in Greenland. This expertise is being exploited in North, East and West Greenland.
